Time 4 mass shake any one?

Love the taste of this stuff and just wondering how many shakes a day you guys drink I'm thinking of going from 1 to 3 a day to help with my meal intake etc but don't no if it's going to explode my arse left right and centre lol!
 
Dont get me wrong there's alot of good flavours out there but 90 servings for 45 pound is just good thinking if the taste is lush aha.
 
It's not going to harm having 3 shakes a day is it? Just can't be arsed making a meal when I straight wake up or feeling full when I go bed

I like to add pasteurized egg whites as the base liquid for extra protein.
Does that not increase the protein a little to much? Just worried about setting my protein to high and messing with my kidneys or something lol

Drink more water my man. Help the kidneys flush and work properly.

Yes , I use liquid egg whites. ( pasteurized)
 
Post up the ingredients. Normally you get what you pay for. If you have too much protein you just poop it out. Being s kid is a different story. My wife doesn’t let my kids sample daddy’s shakes.

I don't subscribe to the "too much protein " you poop it out the excess theory. That's along the same line as saying you can only consume 50grams of protein and anything above this number will not be utilized and wasted. ( which is how that poop out theory began)

The body doesn't just say, oops too much protein has been taken in I'll just crap it out like a water soluble vitamin. Some might get lost that was never absorbed for whatever reason but that same issue can happen with 10 grams of protein.

Protein can be used in too many different ways and broken down and utilized by the body
