Thoughts on 5x5

How long have you been lifting? I can't see how you're going to get a lot out of 4 weekso_O.

What are your goals? Where are you at now?

I used 5x5 to maintain size and add strength for 16 weeks pre fight........

I heard something about switching up the reps and sets. I was at 200 lbs 6’2” lean. But that was with sarms. I lost some muscle going off and gained some fat during quarantine.

I used to love 5x5 for a general strength and growth program

It really depends on your end goal
since switching to powerliftinf i dont use it much

When I was bodybuilding I was higher reps.

It has its place and I really love it, but once again, will depend in stats and training experience.

Maybe if you list some longer term goals a little more thoroughly than "Strength and size" ... which is what we all obviously want lol...

Than maybe some of the guys who make me look like a fucking amateur can chime in and help!
