This place has changed

It has but it’s still the best one overall. I think I’ve been on this board under various old handles for 13-14 years now and it’s definitely changed.

I’m afraid of the crowd coming from Reddit due to QSC dragging this place down some but Meso is still king.

Figures that could be where many of the new people are coming from. I've looked at reddit and don't have an account there but yes there's lots of junk advice given over there.

The old Meso was better IMO.

Doing good, started a training firm, well co-founded really. Just enjoying life after some crazy stuff. Glad to be home with the family full time.

The sponsor thing here is super weird, and I see Stanford is back…

Great to hear man, and still hitting the gym? And yes the sponsor setup here is weird but now new users have a choice of being a member or being a source and not both. Think that's a good idea IMO.

Yup, I agree. I'll always appreciate meso over other boards. The transparency is refreshing here.

Sst is a joke, the moderators recently lied about a source who had domestic packs seized sourcing under a different name. Then the source admitted it and the admin just didn't explain why he lied to the entire forum about it.

Ugbb is also a joke. A lot of favoritism and shilling

I don't know anyone with a detectable IQ that goes on Bostons forum

there is absolutely zero shilling on UGBB. all the trash sources that try to come onto the forum are ripped apart without mercy, or straight up ignored.

absolutely no one, who isnt a brand new account, is shilling for anyone at all.

How exactly do you figure there's "a lot of favoritism" from a discussion board?

Yup, hit and miss the last few years due to geographical and logistic issues, but always found a way to stay fit (part of the gig). Part of our course is fitness, so now I get paid to stay in shape :)

Unfortunately, all these young studs pass me by now….

The legendary vets of old have all but vanished. There are but few repital veterans on this board. Many have been banned, many of the others left after seeing their fallen brothers.

But do not worry for a phoenix will rise from the ashes in the form of a new set of members who can stand up and not only defend this board from the teriny of outlaw sources but restor this forum to its former glory.

I’m new to posting, but semi new regardless, so I have no input, but I did want say I’m not from Reddit.

Oh. You're talking about the completely dead "promote here" sub thread. 99% of those threads are just sources talking to themselves. No one uses any of them and most established members can't even see that subforum believe it or not.
