As I persue the board this morning, there is 22 people on-line. 4 in Anabolics, 3 in General and 15 in the Classifieds. What the hell is that? I guess that's why there is so much scamming. Everyone wants to buy steroids, but few know what to do with them or how to train. Their loss.

i'm with ya grizz. i don't see why anyone would spend any time, beyond the occasional gander, in the classifieds either. all the real gems are to be found in the training, nutrition, anabolic and general discussion forums. but all of that will soon change with the arrival of 'chip's beaver outpost'. it's sure to be a real traffic-puller.... stay tuned.

True dat! Really, you get a better sense of who the good sources are by not going to the classifieds. When I first started, how did I know IP was the man? Because his name/products were plastered all over the main board. Same with proline or some of the other labs. If people are using the shit, then it must be good and the guy must actually send it to you.

great idea for a book but, unfortunately, i think it will go over most folks' heads... would make too much sense for most folks and that will surely fuck them up.

I don't know how you guys do it, but I look at all the new threads in all the forums that interests me. I do agree with you however that people need to spend more time focused on there diet & training. Thinking of that it is time for meal #4 today. Peace

I miss the old Messo because I used to do a ton of searches everyday. Lots and lots of great posts and info got lost with this new board.
I look at the Class once a day or so. Just to see whats new and who has the big deal. But mostly for the entertainment of it.
