This back exercise will light you the fuck up!!!

So occasionally I find new shit, and it's exciting because I've been doing this forever and I rarely find new shit.

Ok, inverted rows with a dip bar grip! So in some gyms, there is an adjustable dip station that you can get lower to the ground. Typically I've always done inverted bodyweight rows with a regular bar, either close grip or wide, usually alternating grip on each set. Ok, so the beauty of the dip bar is that you can either do them facing away or facing towards it, so if you are facing towards it your palms are slightly inward resembling more close to an underhand grip sort of. Facing the other way I feel it more across the rhomboids/scapula region. It's good stuff, it'll light your back up!!
