Think I am getting every side effect of HGH

Well i dont know if theres much diference in using 8 or lets say 16 ui, theres no way to know that, i think depends on who is using, some people get very high igf1 with 4 6 ui, some not, like my case. About carpal tunnel i had 2 years ago, it lasted almost 1 year with extreme pain and healed all by itself, but it was all natural i had never used hgh till now, maybe thats why i dont have problems with carpal tunnel now
Not everyone gets those sides, and while carpal tunnel is because the space in your wrist is too narrow for the nerves tendons or whatever that go through there the GH carpal tunnel side effects are from water retention squeezing you- actually most of the sides are from water retention, other than the acromegaly that can happen over time on higj doses.

Correct, some get even sides on 2iu pharma grade. Some get sides starting 4iu. I know more have sides on just low dose compared to ultra high dose.

If using ugl, it’s not rare you have a bad batch on starting dose 12iu @ ones

Assist with weight loss, recovery from weight training, better sleep.

Didn't get it checked before, and haven't checked after. Only thing I am doing is monitoring blood glucose.

You need to do bloodwork dude

You can't calculate your dose and monitor your response without it

Stop using it for a few weeks

Go get your natty IGF-1 tested

See what your z-score is

Calculate your dose

Titrate up to it

Get bloodwork again

Adjust as needed

Keep in mind that anytime you make a change in your test or other gear that impacts e2, you will need to change your GH dose and retest

Only thing I am doing is monitoring blood glucose.

You also need to track your a1c and insulin. They are more important that your blood glucose. Make sure to order those tests also, and do it often.
