He posts a lot of incline benches that are just retarded...
Simeon? He struggled with that 415-425lbs wearing those tight elbow wraps. He is pretty jacked, but not an impressive bencher. I think Mike Rashid has done like 500lbs at 220lbs though. I used to follow Mike on Youtube a few years ago. Don't really know much about Simeon Panda.

Not to discount his incline lifts in the least but I always have to laugh just a little bit when he hits a heavy single because his ass comes off the bench so high that you could almost consider it a flat bench if he moved his ass up any higher lol.

On an related note I think a front squat, incline bench, trap bar deadlift meet would be a fun time.

That's strong as fuck, but what is up with his deadlift compared to his squat?
From his bench number, I'm assuming that he has T-rex arms and just isn't built for deadlifting?
nah he’s actually not got TREX syndrome. Think it’s just more of a one off thing. Think he’s just built to squat huge numbers and still have decent DL but it’s out of whack a little by what we normally see. His first meet wasn’t till 2017. Now of course those Are meet numbers. I’ve personally seen him pull 840 in the gym and 700x5 belt less on a stiff bar so I think it’s just meet day challenges etc. saw him rep 315x29 on bench. It’s just crazy to see some of this stuff.
He missed 600 at the same meet Big Julius had the plate screw up recently.
