Theres a lot of notion behind YouTube views and subscribers. Namely in the bodybuilding culture and a stigma with newbies that the big channels are the go to to learn about bodybuilding and lifting in genral. So let’s talk about a few and see where it goes.
Dylan Gemeli-
6’1
Claims to be 185 LBS at 6% BF.
Posts cycle logs on his website where he claims to do 20 week cycles running 9+ different compounds between gear and Sarms each cycle.
Never recorded a bench press over 240 LBS
Never recorded a max squat or deadlift with proof.
The issue-
The guy gives advice to people who want to run gear and new bodybuilders getting into the scene. He’s never done a show in his life. Which would be fine besides the fact he’s extremely small. Obviously had 0 experience running gear. Has no experience bulking.
He may stay lean but he hasn’t put on muscle mass in years. His physique is that of somone who went to the gym for a year and took a hell of a lot of clen afterwords. The pic posted is his “best pic” of him. Obviously edited for shadows but still. Not nearly impressive.
Jeff Seid-

205-215
Unk BF
Claims lifetime natty.
Claims max bench PR of 350. In videos his max bench PR has been 295. Hit 315 for reps on a smith machine with a spotter holding on each side. Doesn’t rep 225 for more than 10.
Also has no video recording of his dead or squat supposed maxes.
The issues-
The guy was blessed with asthetic genetics. This doesn’t mean he’s a gym god or guru. He could very well be natural by the amount he doesn’t grow throughout the year so no comment on that.
He attracts people new to the gym because they want to look like him and he makes money off of website and plans claiming to be a cure all and make you aesthetic like him.
The truth is he is not very impressive. His work ethic in the gym seems to be lacking. His PR claims are a myth and aren’t impressive even if they weren’t.
Good genetics. Bad work ethic, bad training regiment, here to make money. Should not be a fitness idol.
Jason Blaha
220-230 LBs
Max bench Press of 319
Claims to be a Bodybuilder Turned Powerlifter
Total PR weight under 1,000 lbs across all three lifts.
The problem-
This guys a joke. He claims to be recruited out of highschool into the goverment to be a military asasin. He claims PRs nearly double what he puts up a meets. He struggled with anything over 225 in squat and bench press in gym videos he put up. He no longer puts up videos of him working out due to all this call out.
He’s claiming he used to be a top UGL supplier when he was “nearly” a pro bodybuilder as he puts it (no show entrence ever recorded).
He’s literally just fat. He’s not strong. Just a big fat boy. That’s it. So much bad about this guy but newbies look at him and binge his videos.
That’s a start for now. If anyone wants to add feel free.
