Talking points aren't necessarily a bad thing either by definition, it just depends on what the point is... In this case, "illegal immigrants are criminals, rapists, etc" is a poor one.
Not so sure the alt-right, whatever that is, uses that talking point - I think that's more of an MSM talking point based on a distorted read of the alt-right and others who want us to become a nation of laws again.
