We took a one month break in December 2025, and then we resumed operations.

We have never stopped shipping to the United States.

Local postal shipping to the US is currently unavailable, but fedex is operating normally, and deliveries are completed within 2-4 days after the tracking number is issued

I was issued a tracking number back on February 7, still no sign the package has been received by the carrier or shipped. Emailed a couple days ago to check and have not gotten a response. Please advise.

This is not a Lobster International order , it is a China International order. I have never stated that China International orders are delivered to the USA in 2 - 4 days. Please kindly review the shipping information on the website

There is a holiday in China, so shipping may be slower because of that. Normally, delivery takes around 8–15 days safely. This is not a seizure or any issue , your order is safe. Let’s be a little more patient
