I draw using 31g insulin syringe straight from the nipple that the pen needle normally pokes through lol

Good to know! I'll be testing the nipple method someday - for now, we'll be at 6iu.

Can you tell a noticeable difference between this product and non-pharma? Results measurably better?

36iu= ~1.1ml water
Your first jab will explode your syringe with air. Let it happen. Full ml of air easy.

We have a touchdown of Pfizer Genotropin. I am excited to give these a go - surprised at the lack of packaging (i.e. individual boxes), but Lobster is a reputable source so i trust the quality of the product I have received.
