Sounds like a problem. Not sure why people make snide remarks about minimums being too high and leave comments like this in a vendor thread. Very strange. In addition, HGH is a long game - you will not notice much doing it for a short period of time.

The only reason I put HGH in fridge is because I've bought a kit of Serostim before and it was shipped with a cold pack.

Serostim (somatropin) must be refrigerated and is typically shipped with cold packs to maintain its temperature between 36°F and 46°F (2°C to 8°C).


The Serostim package insert specifically says the product should be refrigerated but can be kept at room temperature for a limited time if needed (usually up to 14 days, depending on formulation).

So am I wrong for treating generic Growth the same way I'd treat pharma growth? Even if it doesn't help, I doubt it hurts either to follow best practices of name brand HGH. UGL growth tests pretty damn well compared to brand name.

I recall reading how brand name growth hormone only has to be 95% purity at minimum. So generic growth with these 97% purity or so results is pretty damn good in my opinion.

Just agreeing with others that EMD Serono recommends that lyophilized (not reconstituted) Serostim should be at RT. Not sure where you saw it must be refridgerated. That is not what the insert says. Perhaps you read the part about how to store a multi-use vial after reconstitution.

Now, some other Pharma brands of HGH do recommend storage at 4 deg in lyophiiozed form. But they also make it clear that it can be stored at RT for a given period of time.

All that being said, I see no harm in storing lyophilized Serostim at 4 deg if that is your preference. It just is neither necessary nor is not reasonable to expect a supplier to ship it on cold pack.

jano and big pharma makers of name brand HGH both know more than I do about this. Alls I know is I've gotten ahold of some cloudy HGH from another vendor on here. Was this from too much heat exposure, light, etc? I don't know..

I know with Chinese generic GH it's unrealistic to expect a cold pack to be sent when transporting. Especially since that cold pack from china to the states is not going to remain cold.

So, I'm doing my best to follow big pharma best practices so there's no room for user error if the HGH comes out cloudy. Just want crystal clear GH. Not some Chinese jizz strand floaters in the vials. Haha

Serostim is created differently than other HGH, I would not use Serostim's guidelines as one for the ones we purchase from the UG Market.

According to Pfizer’s storage/handling instructions:

So clearly Pharma says its not a big deal for such a big temperature variance.

A buddy of mine kept some kits in room temp for 6 months. I bought one from him. My IGF1 levels were what I expected them to be on that dose (5ius).

I get the frustration with cloudy HGH. I have also had cloudiness/particulate issues with another reputable vendor's HGH. It is doubly frustrating when trying to share such an issue on a forum where many proceed to tell you that you just reconstituted it wrong, that the HGH is just fine. Of course forum members do not know my experience or my profession, but they do see that I am listed as a New Member. So, I understand why someone might make that assumption, especially with an influx of newbies to the forum recently. Regardless, this forum is ultimately a great resource of knowledge and I am grateful to be a part of it.

There are challenges and unknowns with UGL HGH, but heck, even Pharma HGH has a contingency clause in their directions about how to handle a cloudy sample. Shit happens.

Tangentially, I will just mention that I have purchased Genotropin pens from Lobster that were sent via FedEx without temperature control. I also proceeded to leave them on my desk for a month at RT before using them. They reconned fine and the HGH certainly felt just fine to me; the infamous feelz. Take it for what it is worth, an n of 1.

Practically all of the UGL GH we get has been exposed to high temps in shipping or sitting in warehouses, and it still tests well and people get expected results
