it was the first time that shit started popping since i dialed way back the gear usage. the days off running high gear and chasing numbers & pounds are behind me. a while back i kinda conceded maintenance and just tweaking shape. but with cheaper access gh early last year, i figured wtf.
it was a slow roll, over the course of several months, but vascularity started clearing in places i never really had it full time and muscles were 100% getting fuller than ever…without pumps or breaking keto / carbing up, etc. can’t really speak on actual strength, because fuck injuries, but i certainly look stronger than i did when i was running 2 and 3ius and blasting various combos of gear.
it 100% re-energized me and the effort in the gym too. subsequent Reta discovery helped me get even more dialed in…all with the least amount of gear that i’ve run since i hopped on.
for those guys who can run 3-4iu and see real results? good for them, for real. that was not my experience.
