and even the remote chance that shit it true (which it’s not), those guys are hyper-responders and the absolute top of the genetic heap.

this guy did the responsible thing and wasted 2 years running 2 and 3 ius. i had little to show for it except money lost and some minimal anti aging effects. it wasn’t until i bumped up above 5iu did I realize what growth could do.

at least the culture is such today that these guys can even cop to using gear. even 10 years ago you wouldn’t really hear about gear from the top guys in the trenches. so there is progress, but most still aren’t really forthcoming about their cycles and and true amounts.

Most soft tissue changes are reversible if caught early enough just by dropping IGF. Even in "true" acromegaly, they'll use meds to drop IGF and can reverse those changes.

But bone and cartilage growth are a one way street.

Wanted to ask about this for normal people on hgh just dropping the dose is gonna be enough ? How long does it take any ideas ?

I know two pro athletes followed by Tuor in my town, and I assure you the doses are very different. Believe me, John will also be taking 18 IU of Serostim a day, just like everyone else.

By 2025, athletes will be using a lot of GH. I've personally seen protocols with 1 genotropin a day, and this is one of the reasons for today's physiques with less muscle separation and abdominal extensions.

The "Mostly / partial reversible" categories are dependent on how long it was present. Bigger lips or nose tip that's been enlarged for over 3 months, for instance, is not going to fully reverse.

Oily skin from enlarged sebaceous glands that's been around the same amount of time won't return to baseline.

My last coach uses a 5mg geno pen a day. Hes 300lbs in the off season and fairly lean.

Lets be real here bud, some of these guys use alot of GH. Some use less. Beef stu says he does a vial a day of opti greys. Ive heard stories of guys using a vial or half a vial of seros a day. Ive also heard of guys only using 3 or 4iu a day.

There isn't a one size fits all approach. We all respond differently.

At least a couple of years at 2x upper limit of normal (ULN) for the first signs to appear, but they're so subtle, most people who develop acromegaly as an adult don't realize something is going on for 5+ years.

That's probably why some of the known/suspected celebrity rHGH users who appear to have gotten some of these effects didn't catch it until it was too late.

This is going to become more common in years to come now that rHGH is affordable enough for many to use high doses indefinitely. Not something that was common at $10/iu.

It's IGF dependent. So if you're a high IGF converter, at 700 and 40 years old. you're probably at risk of it happening after a few years of those levels.

If you're 30 and IGF 400 you're probobly fine indefinitely, or many years at least.
