What was your experience with 1000mg berberine vs 200mg dhberberine? Equal?

i use glucovantage dhb
100mg supposed to equal 500mg berberine
so same effect with less pills and less stomach issues

Best way I've found to deal with buffoonery is the ignore button. Even the new alias by the newly crowned "new member" isn't immune. There is no win when it's you (us) in a battle of wits with unarmed whatever they identify as. All that happens is goalpost movement, gaslighting, nitpicking your entire history for anything that strikes a simple mind, basically a race to the bottom. Personally, I am better than that, as are many many members here that also have a hard time dealing with Interlopers, however, for myself at least, it is very difficult to see lies and misinformation spread to unknowing people new to our world. If everyone ignores infidels that exist only to "stir the pot" they will get bored and leave unless the level of neediness is just that huge. Think of an insolent 2 year old, what makes them maddest and eventually change targets or areas,etc? Ignoring them. Take away the crayons from their fists and ignore them. Why validate repetitive BS posting? Useless people make useless comments, so let them complain to themselves instead of any vendor, any member, or anyone besides each other. Fuck them and forget them like the whores they are.
