Hello Everyone,
Below is the test result for the vial that a customer sent for analysis. The result came back as 95.594% purity, with a dimer level of 0.21. This customer placed their order on January 16, received the package on February 1, and had the product tested on March
The batch was most likely manufactured in November or December
I didn’t share this test result immediately because I wasn’t sure how the customer had stored the HGH. I’m not implying anything about the customer, and I’d appreciate it if no one responded aggressively
After seeing this result, I want to test two vials from the 50IU single-vial batch I produced in October. These vials have no vacuum, and their size is twice as large as a standard vial. This means they contain more oxygen compared to regular 10IU vials , and this vial was manufactured two months earlier
Now, it’s up to you to decide whether non-vacuum-sealed vials have degraded or not.
I only produced one batch of this product, and since sales didn’t go as expected, I never produced it again. When I first tested this batch, the result was 96.82% purity, with no detectable dimer levels. These vials have always been stored in a refrigerator.
OCTOBER TEST :

After 6 months, no changes were observed in the purity levels or dimer levels of the HGH that I stored myself
I’m sharing a comparison of vial sizes for reference. I have 70-75 vials left from this batch. I plan to test 6 of them again in October 2025 , and if anyone wants to purchase the remaining stock, I’ll offer a special price and mark them as out of stock afterward

I stored the vials in the refrigerator and only took them out to ship to Jano. I used express shipping per the vendors insistence. I guess it is assumed I have done something wrong and have no integrity.
Like it was stated, I ordered mid January and that was because I read about the issues with the vials earlier in the thread and it was stated that there would be a new batch in January. I guess I should have double checked before ordering that I would not be receiving vials that were part of the batch I read about.
The vendor thinks I have been trying to tarnish his name when all I have tried to do was look out for myself. I honestly thought I was going to have a great source that I could place many orders with. I never would have thought I would be in this position and it has caused me way too much stress. I have said my peace and I will move on but I just hope others can understand my position.

I don't understand your position. It was your vacuumless hGH (right?) and it tested well.
What do you think you did (or didn't do) wrong?

I honestly don't think it tested well. 95% purity and .21 dimer is not how it was advertised.

- Do the 10IU vials and 50IU vials contain the same list of excipients?
- And do the vials have the same concentration of excipients (percentage of dry weight?)
- How were the 50IU vials stored?

+ Not same. less mannitol, less sodium dihydrogen phosphate ,less disodium hydrogen phosphate ,less glycine for 55iu vials
- How were the 50IU vials stored?
+ Only rubber+caps and strored in fridge. 2-5 degrees
How was it advertised? I'm sincerely asking as I don't remember that batch labtest or better said what kind of purity and dimer were you expecting.

-Worst posted results EVER from this vendor,
-Significant deterioration in a very short period of time. This is exactly how oxygen damaged rHGH manifests. Greater instability compared to vacuum sealed or gas protected product.
Nearly 2% drop in purity and massive jump in dimer vs original results from just weeks before.
For those who bought numerous kits, is there some reason to believe it won't continue deteriorating at this rate? Of course not.
Now I'll let the shills go back to pretending they'd buy 95% purity UGL GH with dimer, vacuum means nothing, and love it, while they quietly get paid off in the background...

Oxidized GH is characterized by protein unfolding and the promotion of aggregate development once reconstituted. We now know anything above .2um goes undetected and not counted as an "impurity". So the big jump in dimer and related proteins is just the tip of the iceberg.
Unless you're filtering it, you're injecting something less pure than the results indicate.

I have tested HGH many times, and I have seen many test results from my customers. Some of them I shared, and some I didn’t.
The results I have seen range from 96 to 98% purity. If you are looking for something negative, you can always find something to criticize . My opinion is that the HGH has not degradation within six months

I tried reaching out to him in private about a similar issue and he completely disregarded it and acted like an arrogant piece of shit lol. It's just here on the public forum he puts on a facade and writes and acts like a professional. I decided never to buy from him again after the episode, it's that simple.

All it would've taken was "Yeah it's a problem but we've gotten a handle on it, anyone concerned contact me and we'll work it out.". The end.
Instead we've gone on for weeks with self described "harm reduction heroes" siding with the vendor, gaslighting by insisting vacuum doesn't matter any more, it somehow disappears after lyophilization but it's not replaced by air, and happens without a leak in the stopper.
Instead of protecting Lobster, they've made sure this is ground zero for discussing why vacuum does matter and shouldn't be tolerated,

Jano will be expanding his testing capabilities to measure large aggregates, the way pharma does and the FDA requires, so this will be a great thread to keep that topic going for any newbies who wander in here and educate them on why vacuumless vials are a sign of a compromised product.

Lobster listed the excipients, this vial's purity tested on par with Serostim and with fewer aggregates ("dimer").
Fwiw, as someone who actually uses GH (quite a bit), I'd use this GH.
