Have you tried China International from Lobster? I just placed an order.
My last order was full China international from lobster
Although it's impossible to say exactly how it works? Standard?

How is your glucose management? Lots of cardio? Just curious and trying to see if there something i can learn!

My last 14 days and my last 7 days of CGM data.
As you can see my estimate HbA1c is excellent.
It's higher at first because reta wasn't at full swing now i don't have peaks of BG higher than 125/130 and in less than a hour it goes below 100 already.
I take 1 dihydroberberine 200mg in the morning and 750mg Metformin extended release in the evening.
5-6x a week I do 30 minutes LISS cardio
I feel great
I switched from QSC 36IU to lobster and nothing changed so it's good quality but what made me choose lobster over QSC or SSA is I know the consistency of his HGH will always be great. The factory producing it is one of the best years after years it's always the same. I know what I'm getting and that's worth it a lot for me

The CGM is Lynx brand it's a copy of the dexom G7
If I was in the USA I would probably wear a dexom as you can have those for a reasonable price without a prescription.
Here in Italy it's only available with a prescription sadly

CGM market is shit here, only diabetics have access for free to all the cool stuff. Normal ppl shouldn't wear a CGM so they don't care for us to have a way to buy it. Makes sense but it's fucking annoying
Only one I can buy directly here is Libre3 but it's fucking expensive.
I just wanted to wear one for a while to see how my body react to different meals and how reta influenced my glucose paired with 10/12IU of HGH and how training increase insulin sensitivity too.
It's quite interesting the whole CGM things, if it was cheaper I would probably wear one almost all the time.
