The "Lentil Hack" for Test Flush? My experience.

Just wanted to throw out an observation for anyone dealing with the high RBC flush.
I started a test cycle with few pounds overweight. Cleaned up my diet, cut out rice/bread/pasta, and ate green lentils as my main carb source for 5 weeks. Result? Zero red face, zero flush.
Recently swapped the lentils for white rice? Boom. Bad flush came back, BP ticked up a little.
Did some digging and found out lentils are loaded with IP6—a natural iron chelator that stops iron absorption. Less iron = less raw material to make red blood cells.
I’m switching back to lentils to test the theory. Anyone else try this? Let me know your feedback if you give it a shot.
