I can't say I've seen a better set of pecs wrap up around shoulders. As far as the vacuum? Yes, complete and utter discipline at work!

Is that a touch of gyno on the left?
Are you saying his right, or our right lol
I seen that buddy, but I was thinking it was more of a lack of muscle in comparison to his other pec. I'm sure I'm prolly wrong, JMO.

I haven't seen any of this generation of Bodybuilders doing the vacuum pose. Why is that? GH bellies? Lack of pooping?

I think it's a combination of things. GH and insulin probably have played a part in it.

I happen to think guys nowadays eat a lot more as well. I've seen interviews with golden era guys that touch on their diet from that time period and I don't think it is quite the same as today. It's more extreme today I think, just a theory. But with the possibly more extreme diet comes bloated guts.

The vacuum pose used to be a judged pose too I believe. You had a reason to practice it back in the day. It IS something that needs practice after all. But none of the top level guys need to perfect it if it's not going to really lose them points on stage.

Just some of my thoughts.

I think you're probably dead nuts on all those points. I been practicing the pose again. It's hard to get that vacuum going. When I competed I it had down, but it's been almost 25 years since I competed last.

The other thing is with this new era of BB, these guys don't come in shape like Haney and Gaspari did. Those guys were shredded on stage. When Phil Heath won last year's O he was smoooooth! Sad to see.

Brother, I couldnt agree more! Heath wasn't as cut as in previous years winners. He had your smooth look. Not that I didnt find it a winners form, just new to the previous years.
