Testical pain from atrophy?

Been having of and on right testie pain for about a 3 week span unsure how to mitigate or what’s causing this. Pain is around a 3/10 mostly to the point of noticing only when not occupied then onset discomfort tends to increase. If anyone has experienced this before please share.

Are you taking BP meds or vasodilatator?
50mg eplerenone breakfast/lunch/dinner gave me testicules pain in combination with roflumulast (venous stasis)

This happens to me if I don't use hCG. It's a persistent, deep ache and quite annoying. 250iU hCG three times a week and no issues.
Same, but running 500iu 2x week and it's all but gone. I was expecting it to pass after a bit when starting TRT but it would not go away, so HCG was the answer for me.
Will be adding HCG and see if it just has to do with exogenous test only. I had a feeling it had to do with either atrophy or from shutdown. Thank y’all!

Testicle pain on one side can also be caused by an inguinal hernia. What’s tricky about this is that the hernia lump is pretty far from where you’d think it would make your ball ache, an inch or two below your naval and a few inches off to one side or the other. Check that whole area for a lump, it may be nearly flat and barely noticeable, but that can put pressure on vessels leading to the scrotum and cause one ball to hurt intermittently. It’s usually caused by years of lifting heavy stuff…and easily repaired.

I’ve pulled my psoas about 2 weeks ago thinking it was a inguinal hernia found out it was just the psoas. So I’m sure it’s not, the use of Hcg will be my next move. I will keep this in mind for the future thank you for the info.
