Hey all.
For a 4 month bulk, wanting to approach it as healthy as you can, with quality nutrition and sleep, with the idea of slowly adding tissue that will stay once you cut, go back TRT, would you choose Test 500 or Tesy 300, NPP 200
I’ve done a lot of reading that you should just use testosterone as a base. Running it higher is obviously tried and tested but it comes with its own set of issues. If I had longer and could source, I’d just run test and primo, but alas, here we are.

If your priority is health and steady gains that you can actually keep, the 300 Test with 200 MPP setup fits that aim far better than 500 Test.
You keep your hormones in a calmer place, which takes pressure off your heart, sleep, skin, and mood. Higher Test pushes aromatisation up, which means more water, more swings, and more strain on your system. When you stay at 300 with added MPP, you get a smoother response with fewer spikes, so your day to day feels easier to manage.
Your lean tissue gain is also more stable. With 500 Test you often add a lot of water that disappears once you lower the dose. With the blend you build tissue that holds because you are not inflamed or overstimulated. This means the strength you add in the gym translates into real progress rather than temporary fullness.
You also stay more consistent. Good sleep, steady appetite, and fewer side effects give you better training weeks, and those weeks turn into progress that stays with you long after the cycle ends.
