Test vs Test & NPP

Hey all.

For a 4 month bulk, wanting to approach it as healthy as you can, with quality nutrition and sleep, with the idea of slowly adding tissue that will stay once you cut, go back TRT, would you choose Test 500 or Tesy 300, NPP 200

I’ve done a lot of reading that you should just use testosterone as a base. Running it higher is obviously tried and tested but it comes with its own set of issues. If I had longer and could source, I’d just run test and primo, but alas, here we are.

just start at 300 test, add 100 test, add another 100 test. use an AI if needed.
then, if you want to keep going, add in 50 NPP, if that goes well, add in 50 more the next week, and so on and so forth.
 
I'd say 500 test is superior than 300 test + 200 nandrolone. If we talked other dosages, like 1200 test vs 800 test + 400 nandrolone, probably the latter.

Test IMO must be the main driver and in levels of 300 is not sufficient for growth (vs 500).

Maybe I’m overthinking the whole test 500 being bad. As long as diet and sleep + estrogen is in check.

I am doing 3IU of HGH most days too.


I essentially want safest approach that will add lean tissue that I can hold on to when I go to trt, with the least affects on heart, blood pressure, HDH etc.

Safest would be test only. If for any reason you react bad to test then having a replacement dose of test like 150 and then cranking up nandrolone would be an option too but majority of people have issues with nandrolone and zero issues on test.
 
I've done both and found 500mg test e much better. Also i feel much better mentally on Test alone. NPP is very bad mentally. Zero sides on Test E only.
