Test/tren/mast/var bloods

Hey guys, just thought I'd share my bloodwork on a recent mini cycle I just finished up with -

For 4.5 weeks, I ran:
500 test
200 mast
30 var(preworkout only - ~210mg/week)
started at 70mg tren a/week and built up to 350/week by week 3, held that till the end of the cycle
4iu gh

Ancillaries:
5 rosuvistatin/10 ezetimibe
12.5 T3/25 T4
18mg retatrutide
350 iu hcg 3x/week
midodrine/pyridogistimine (for my POTS)
75mg carbonyl iron + vitamin C (fasted every other morning)
fish oil/multivitamin/NAC/TUDCA/magnesium glycinate/Coq10
5 hours LISS cardio ~130bpm/week

Cycle was absolutely fantastic - for context I have hypovolemic POTS so I'm always dealing with low blood pressure(usually 95/60 without meds); on this cycle my morning bp averaged at 110/65 without meds!!

Went from 190lbs 12%bf to 202lbs 12%bf and look a lot more full/vascular/dry; lifts all jumped up like crazy. Macros were ~230p 50f 500-800c

First time using tren, despite what most people say I felt fucking great on it. No anger spouts, increased focus, and made me vascular af. Also felt like I got a CNS upgrade, would literally be pushing every set to beyond failure and had to force myself to hold back. I think it also played a huge role in boosting my blood pressure and keeping it in normal range. Only downside for me was once I got up to 350/week my sleep went to shit, if I ever run tren again I'll definitely be using less.

A little more context - my HDL was at 40 on day 1, I've never seen it drop that low so prob gonna stay away from the mast/var/tren combo for a while. Also I ran a brutal leg day the day before which is probably inflating my AST/ALT/CK. On cruise bloodwork where I've ran leg days the day before I've gotten similar AST/ALT/CK values so I'm not too concerned about that. My creatinine was 1.42 on day 1, with 0.8 cystatin c; the only reason I didn't get it twice is because they charge like $100 for it in Australia. Also this isn't sensitive E2 so I'm not too concerned with it that high because I know tren can mess with it, but I feel great and no high/low E2 problems.

Just thought I'd post this incase anyone else was thinking of trying something similar, I had an awesome experience with these cycles! Definitely want to run this again at some point in the future.

I’m running something pretty similar right now. 250 test c, 250 mast e, and 500 tren e. Started with Dbol kickstart and different ratios of test and tren.

Ran 250/250 test/tren, 500/250 test/tren, and now 250/500 test/tren. Ran the first two ratios for 3 weeks each. Probably had about 90% saturation by then so I had a feel for each ratio. So far low test high tren is what my system seems to like.

I have bloods coming soon and I’m interested to see what they look like. I liked every test/tren ratio I tried and I never had any night sweats, trensomnia, rage, or high blood pressure. I guess my system handles it well or something.

Thanks for sharing your blood test results! Glad this cycle worked well for you!

That stack will destroy your HDL but if you can keep your LDL under 55 it really doesn't matter. The var is likely overkill in the sense that test / mast / tren is plenty powerful on its own. I'd be very curious how your labs look on test / mast / tren, keeping tren to 210 / week, and no var.

I've been hearing good things about low test high tren, maybe thats the move! Might have to try that out if i ever use tren again:D

Must be nice not having the sleep issues, at least for me tren made literally every part of my life better except for my sleep. I started using lemborexant for the last week of my cycle and that helped a lot, but even with that I'd still wake up a few times throughout the night and get night sweats. Hella jealous of you bro:mad:

Def share your bloods when u get them! would be really interested to see how you read on the lower test higher tren.

Yea, at least from everything I've seen locking ldl that low helps keep the risks down from an absolutely nuked HDL. I've been using the 5 rosuvistatin/10ezetimeibe combo for a while, and on cruise my ldl sits at 30-40 and apob sits at 35. 55 is the highest I've seen it since starting the statin combo, but then again this is the most intense cycle I've ever ran too.

Youre def right about the var, it probably wasn't doing much in terms of actual muscle gains, but I love taking it pre workout for the mind muscle connection an strength boost. And the pumps are so awesome on it. But then again, at least for me var has absolutely nuked my hdl to the teens in the past(without tren/mast), so I'd imagine a good amount/majority of that hdl supression was from the var.

Planning to run a longer bulk cycle next with just test/primo, but I'd like to give this another go after that when I cut down. Def will be keeping the tren under 200 - I didn't really notice a difference in anything once i passed ~150/week up to 350 per week except for the fact that my sleep got way worse. And will probably hold off on the var too - at least for the majority of the run. I was watching a big paul vid the other day and heard him talk about using var only days working lagging muscle groups, I'd like to give that a try too for my chest.

I’m in a similar boat trying to find the lowest effective dosage of Tren and a pre workout oral to push through the end of this diet. I enjoyed the anavar but just didn’t feel it was worth the HDL obliteration for what I was getting from it. I’ve moved on to 25 mg anadrol only 2 times per week preworkout on leg days. That is more my speed.

Bloods will be drawn around December 5th so I’ll be sure to update.

I also strayed from conventional wisdom by running tren enanthate as opposed to acetate. Seems most people would rather run acetate as it leaves your system quicker if issues are encountered but I read that sides are typically more mild with long esters and I was willing to deal with mild sides for longer as opposed to harsher sides for a shorter amount of time. Not sure how much of what I read was true or not but this has been really mild as far as sides go.

I definitely had to be patient and let the long acting ester reach around 90% saturation before making adjustments to the ratios which means most of this cycle was spent at less than optimal ratios but next cycle I can jump in dialed and ready.

What was your calorie surplus

What was your calorie surplus
My eating was pretty variable throughout the cycle - most days for me I was pretty active(15,000 steps, 1-2hr lift, 30-60min liss cardio) so my macros for those days were ~ 250p 50f 600-700c (~4000 cals). And on lower activiity days I'd lower the carbs accordingly.

I'd say I averaged around maintenance calories and got a really good recomp effect - I ended the cycle 12lbs heavier and looked leaner; however that was all majority glycogen/water since now two weeks after the cycle on just trt im back to 192lbs, although I'd say I'm leaner now and a bit heaver than I was before.

So starting weight was was 190 went to 202 then dropped to 192 in 8 weeks? So 2 lbs of lean muscle in a month? Thats pretty good.

Did you had any facial bloating during cycle. And is ur face leaner after losing the water weight n hopping on trt

Yes and even now I definitely visually look a bit bigger especially in my chest since I really took advantage on cycle and went high volume there(chest has always been my most lagging part of my physique) and am really happy with how my physique changed. Although I looked so much bigger and vascular on cycle then I do now, lowkey really missing that look and the insane pumps.

Very happy with the results! although probably not going to use mast again since I'll be back in the US next week and have a ton of primo waiting for me :) and probably wont ever use tren that high again either, i felt I made similar results the first few weeks on 100-200 vrs the last two weeks on 350 but without the nightsweats/insomnia.

Yea I got a bit of facial bloating but I'd attribute most of that to the GH, and if anything the tren and var helped reduce some of that especially as I ramped up the tren toward the end of the cycle.

And yea my face and everywhere in general got wayy leaner after dropping to trt and completely dropping gh, like crazy leaner. Not that it was that bloated on cycle, but after dropping to trt I got hollowish cheeks and my ab veins became way more pronounced/visible. Legs also became noticably much more vascular. But I also lost a lot of muscle fullness/roundness especially in my chest and legs, and all my lifts dropped a few reps. And the pumps suck now. Not sure which I like more:(

I might have skimmed over it, but what was the reasoning for such a short cycle?
Over the past 6ish months I've been dealing with hypovolemic POTS/orthostatic hypotension, so have mostly been on cruise and trying to learn to manage low blood pressure. Earlier the POTS got so bad that I literally couldn't lift without almost passing out due to my blood pressure dropping so low so I got checked out and put on hypotension meds and got an echo, and learned how to better manage it through the meds + hydration.

Once I was able to lift intensely and had my shit figured out, I wanted to see how an agressive cycle would affect my blood pressure and POTS symptoms, and it just so happened I had about a month before a long family beach vacation so I figured I'd use it as an opportunity to recomp and trial a short, aggressive cycle. I'm in australia so unfortunately didn't have access to primo, and figured since I wanted to try to boost bp as much as possible I'd give tren a try. Have never used mast before either but got a good deal on mast + var, so I figured I'd run those too(I absolutely love anavar).

Cycle was awesome for the POTS symptoms - was able to maintain a morning bp of ~110/70 without any meds(was 90/55 before) and orthostatic tolerance was much better throughout the day and during my lifts. Now on trt again and basal bp has gone back down to ~100/60 which I still feel good on but I have to take more midodrine throughout the day to maintain that.

Would really like to give anadrol a try since I know that is also infamous for boosting bp and acute strengh gains/pumps, so I'm thinking of working that into my next test/primo blast which I plan to start next week when I'm back in the US. Also I'm planning to really push the GH since that played a huge factor in helping me retain water and keep my bp up, and from prior experience even on 6iu's my igf1 only gets to like ~300-350, so I'm gonna try to push that up to 8-10. Just a bit scared of the water retention becuase on 6iu's I looked fat as fuck:(

I've been looking into anadrol a lot recently, especially since I've heard it boosts blood pressure quite a bit and people say they get amazing pumps/acute strength on it. I really like the idea of only using it a few times per week, I think I'd utilize it on push days to help with my underdeveloped chest.

How's your experience with it been? how do you find that anadrol affects your bloodwork? I love var but even when I've ran it at lower doses only a few times a week my HDL still goes to shit.

I only use 25 mg on leg days. I take my BP prior to my workout and if it’s elevated I won’t take the anadrol. I’m dieting so it’s mostly for a boost on these bigger training days and I get just that. A bump in strength and great endurance / pumps. Haven’t noticed any bloodwork changes taking it in this manner. If I were to take it regularly I’d use some tudca with it and keep close eye on BP.

Great cycle. What benefits did you notice running 4IU of HGH besides water retention and higher BP?
I'd always use it before doing my fasted cardio to try and get a bit of lipolysis during the recomp. I can't say 100% that I actually think it made me leaner but I definitely got the recovery benefits from it. Also whenever I'm using GH my skin looks a lot better and my muscles/physique just has a more full look to it, although I've had that effect more pronounced when I've pushed higher at like 6IU.
