Test to EQ Ratio for E2

I think you misunderstood. I'm dialed in on my trt and previous cycles with HCG. My issue now was that EQ crashed my e2 at the beginning of this cycle so I used some HCG to bring it back up and adjusted my test to eq ratio and now that issue has been resolved for weeks.

So I'm feeling good but my labs came back at 19.7 e2 which means I don't have a lot of room to play with before I'm low. My main goal is to run EQ higher so I can see what it can do. So what I'm trying is to see if I increase my HCG if I can reduce the ratio of test to eq. I'm at 550 200 200 test eq deca right now and want to push to 800 400 300 test EQ deca. Last time a 2:1 test to eq ratio crashed my estrogen so I'm seeing if some extra HCG will let me run a 2:1 ratio.

The HCG is nothing crazy, I'm going from 500iu a week to 1kiu which is well within normal HCG dosing. TRT prescribed will often prescribe 500iu 3x a week
I understand. My limited knowledge would say it wont help maintain ratio because its not actually increasing your test levels. Its more relieving low e2 symptoms. Would make for an interesting experiment though! Report back.
P.s I wasnt talking about hcg dosing at all, just the compound itself and the effects it had on my testing. 1000mg/week is standard forsure

the only real way you're going to know what ratio you need to take it in is by assessing your bloodwork, assuming you know what your e2 is for the dosage of test you're taking you just take a small dose and then take you're blood levels again once the drug is fully saturated if your e2 has dropped to much either pull back the eq or up the test

Thanks a lot captain obvious. Clearly you're just trying to get your post count up

you've asked what dosage people ran there eq, iv told you I take my bloods on my test and gradually up my eq until my e2 is in range, I dont get the problem

What ratio of Test to EQ do you guys run to keep your e2 in range but not crash it?

Also do you find you can run the ratio a little higher when test goes higher. Like 500T:250EQ but when you bump up the test to 1000 you can run the EQ at 6-800?

Week 4 of my cycle with 500 Test 250 EQ and my e2 just came back at 18 which is a little low for me. Not feeling it in the joints but was feeling some fatigue and irritability and had a feeling it was low. Just bumped my test up to 550 and dropped the EQ to 200. My plan was at week 12 to bump the Test to 750 and EQ to 400, but may need to reevaluate
There’s not really a rule that works for everyone.

I’ve noticed that after my last cut I now need a 2:1 Test:EQ ratio; before, 1.5:1 was enough. I’m also getting older in the game, so that may be a factor as well.

I help a couple of friends free of charge.

One of them needs a 1:1.5 ratio.
Another one has no E2 reduction at all on any dose of EQ
Another one needs 1.5:1.

I’m always talking about the Test:EQ ratio required to keep E2 around 40–50 pg/mL.

Usually, I start them—and myself—at 2:1, and then every 4–6 weeks we adjust the dosages based on estradiol bloodwork.

I know it’s a long process, but once you’re in the 1.5–2 g total range (or higher, if you really want to push it), you’re essentially set for the off-season and can run the same setup every year. In my opinion, it’s worth the time.

On top of that, you can add a bit of NPP, Mast, or even some Tren. With my friends, we just added 125–150 mg of Deca/NPP mainly for joint support.

I’m not some super high-level coach, but the off-season is not that hard to manage. Contest prep, on the other hand—I wouldn’t even know where to start.
