Test:EQ mid cycle help

You are probably stressing yourself the fuck out. Fix your E2 and everything else should follow.
I am 100% agreeing to this lol. I am so stressed the fuck out with health anxiety on top of probably regular anxiety as it is. I really appreciate the help. Im not trying to argue or say you are wrong about anything here. I truly do appreciate it.

Again, ment ace I assume?

Sorry 100% given your gyno concern.

I went through this a couple weeks ago with EQ… called off work 3 days in a row and checked my blood pressure every hour. It was an average of 140/80. Did not help my anxiety at all lol. Did purchase a bunch of cilnidipine and telmisartan but have since dropped my BP to 120/70 with 1g of magnesium daily, cardio on my lunch break (25 staircases), and electrolytes. I didn’t like the sides of telmisartan. I feel for where you’re at. I pinned 100mg test prop and that seemed to work. It’s one of those cases I had to push through. My ldl was 241, hdl 259 on August 1. Since starting rosuvastatin 10mg & 10 mg ezetemibe - ldl is now 90 hdl 36 on the low side.

This too shall pass brother!

I appreciate the words. I do have telmi, but opted for lisinopril 10 as it seems to work a little better in terms of my bp.

Hoping for time to pass quick

Not sure if this has been mentioned before but high hematocrit causes these symptoms or at the least, contributes to it. EQ at that dose would have me gushing blood from my nose. It's why people often feel "anxiety" since their blood is sludge and your heart is working overtime to pump.

Definitely address the e2 and get a CBC to confirm your hematocrit.

This bloodwork was taken last thursday.

I still think you should just wait for the EQ to clear, run the test high, and reintroduce the EQ at a lower dose. 600/200 until then, have fun with MENT or Dbol for the E2. Or high dose DHEA
Going to go with dbol for a few days.. until then, ill be looking at the quickest shipper for ment and transition until its cleared. Test will remain at 800 now, until cycle is over . Fuck the eq entirely. I will look into the dhea

HCG is what I use to combat low E2. That and dbol 10mg...
Ive been using hcg 500iu 3x a week recently as im moving to a fertility protocol/cruise. Dropped everything just test 150 now and pulsed the ment eod @2.5mg. Feeling a ton better while this eq clears. Still some anxiety, took a week off deload as my most anxiety came from lifting. Low e2 drives sympathetic system way up. I think I was getting a massive adrenaline/norepinephrine dump while training because of the low e2 and it was making things much worse. Will be back in the gym this week to pickup where I left off and try again.

People here are utterly irrational and poorly informed.

When your estradiol is extremely low, the most effective course of action is to use HCG, because it is essentially impossible to suppress that residual estradiol further and you will start feeling better within a few hours.

Administer 1,000 IU of HCG and you will see the difference.

Do not take ezetimibe at this stage; first correct your estradiol levels, and your lipid profile will improve as well.

If you are a heavy aromatizer, simply run Test and EQ in a 1:1 ratio — this protocol generally works, and there is no need to transition to TRT.
