I will try anything at this point. Thanks bro!I have struggled with this throughout the years. It comes and goes it sucks for sure. I have to work around it in training and not do things that aggravate it. I also warm up the elbows for like 15 mins with cables before every exercise. I don’t have a lot of information to help unfortunately as I am also wishing I knew more about how to stop it. I do know what I use this horse joint medicine every day I workout before the workout to warm the elbows. Hope this helps you a little as well. I think it does help some. View attachment 357247
