So if anyone has used tb500 can you tell me

What you used it for
The protocol you used
Did it work?
Where did you get it?

Thinking of ordering about 20mg for distal bicep tendonitis.

This injury is preventing me from cycling, working out, and it just sucks in general.

Please share your experience

Torn labrum and lots of joint pains
I did a vial a week for 6 weeks and then a vial a month for maintance.
yes it worked and I felt a whole lot better
maximpeptide

However recenlty I've started running BPC-157 and I pin 250mcg subq to where every that needs help and I most say that BPC is THE SHIT. I wish I had stacked it with TB500...and I will soon.

Week 1 on TB500 has been interesting. I split my dose in to two 2mg injections - one on monday and one on friday. Just the first one made a huge difference in my shoulder recovery. On monday I could barely move it, by Wednesday I could lift lightly with it, and today it's back to normal again - no pain.

I don't know about BEST... but I got my TB500 from PepBridge.com - $16 per 2mg. I know you usually get what you pay for, but so far it seems to be working, and honestly I didn't want to spend a lot of cash on something that I might not have been a responder to.

We'll see as time goes on. I usually order from Meso but their price on TB was way too high for me.

wow .. 15 ea at Pepbridge. that is cheap.. i have till tuesday to figure which way ima go, considering the long weekend.

i need to do something proactive about these injuries, other than sitting on my ass

How do you dose bpc157 everyday? 5mg is like 8 shots right

Sorry about the late reply. I do 250mcg to each spot that I pin. I need to lower it a bit for my knees to see what is the lowest dosage for the most effective results.

Sooo...yesterday I had a photoshoot for a calendar, and I got had to get a pump up for the pics...I worked my chest, shoulders, and arms...no pain today..I am pleasantly surprised

I am by no means healed or 100%..I know that as soon as I try to curl with that arm its back to square one, but I am feeling much more confident in my recovery though

Do you have that ace rap? the one that has the air sack in it?
Have you tried using the hammer strength preacher curl machine opposed to db curls? try at like a very , very light warm up weight. I also watched a video showing you to sit on a bench and do single arm db curl, but assist the bad arm on the way up.. use light weight, than use the bad arm by itself for the slow negative portion. then use opposite hand for assist again on the way up.. do reps of 10-15 then stretch that elbow as many ways as you can between sets.

Yea, I have several different sized ace wraps, but I have worn them or the compression wrap in the last week or so...I am still kind of weary of lifting with that arm...I would hate to reinjure it at this point...probably wont start rehabing it for atleast another 2 weeks or so

if i hold my arms out straight with a bar counter and press down.. it gets me every time. same with cutting with a knife on a cutting board. I can still curl light weight like 35#ers .. its just one or two posistions that set it off. I have a skinny foam roller ive been using alot lately to massage the tricep and roll it all out.. because massaging the actual tendon hasnt seem to heal it.. and i think my tight tris may cause alot of this.. but TB is rocking and rolling , and by next week im gunna be throwing a kit of GH at it as well.

Yeah, I just been trying to stay off it...If I get through the tb500 and its not where I want it, then I am going to the doc because I cant stand not lifting

Yeah i go in on the 9th but dont know what good itll do.. i have it in both arms.. dont suppose they can do a full body mri lol
