Telehealth. Technology changing healthcare.

In the past few years most of the larger Tech companies are moving to providing more healthcare options for their employees as needs and demands are changing. One of the more interesting forms has been telehealth. Telehealth is the use of phone or video to provide a basic first step in the healthcare process. In testing these companies have found it provides a secondary form of healthcare that allows busy or patients adverse to in person meetings to still receive quality healthcare and advice.

It has been something I thought may be able to help many of the people in the TRT world. Many of the people of the board I believe may not have consistent healthcare. Most of the Telehealth options cost much less than other forms of healthcare and they give you another level of anonymity. If someone had a question about things such as:
Are myself incurred Blood Test results ok?
Is this bump an infection?
I did something and wanted a medical opinion.

This is just a thought as some of you without healthcare or plans that have limitations may find this to be quite helpful. Even if you right now do not see a need for it, often it can be an excellent first step to avoid expensive emergency trips.

Recently my insurer has been implementing telehealth options as well and I've gotten to use it once. It's a timesaver as well as saving money.

Installed an app on my phone for telehealth consultations.
