The growth plates in the arm fuse first,as young as 14yo,but the spine G/Plates can fuse as late as 25yo.

If you are that big then i think that you should come do a contest with me. Im looking to do a national qualifier out in LA in December so i can be out there and train with you and you can enter with me. If your 246 under 10%, then you will win the teens for sure bro.
