TB-500: Round 2

After a successful run with TB-500 three years ago, I have decided to take another course. I started less than 2 weeks ago; so I don’t expect to notice much of anything for another 2-3weeks. My 1st experience with TB has me expecting it to take about a month to kick in.

Round 1 link:

I had an excellent experience with TB the first time. Skimming through my first log was a really good reminder of certain things, so I figured I’d log this one too. Some members of the community seemed to benefit as well, so hopefully that will be the same this go around.

I don’t have a significant injury I’m looking to heal this time. That was the main goal of my first experience, were I found TB to be very beneficial. This time, I’m looking to capitalize further on the accelerated healing and some some of the other benefits I found.

Dosage will be:
5mg/week for 6 weeks
2.5mg/week for 6 weeks

Both times I ran it it was with BPC-157. Don't know if that makes a difference but started having results pretty quick. After about. week with continued improvement from there.

I have just done each once, and separately. I had better results with the TB. That might just be me though. Seems like a lot of people like BPC better.

That’s awesome you’re getting some results. Good chance the bpc is the contributor to the early results. Are you taking for anything specific man?

Skin irritation is a thing this go around again. To be expected after my last experience; it is also one of the most common side effects I came across as I was first learning about TB.

This go around I am trying a couple different things to see what can mitigate that a bit. The injections leave a visible abrasion that lasts 2-3 days. No big deal, but very obvious, so I try to use concealed sites.
(approx. 2” diameter)

I dilute 5mg with 1cc bac water.
So 2 - 0.5cc shots a week

I split into 2 injections. 2x 2.5mg per week

Injection frequency for TB does’t need to be as condensed as with bpc from what I remember.
Is it TB 500 frag 17-23 (889 da) or TB 500 full sequence which is actually TB4 and is what most ppl carry. TB frag is the one that has multi day half life, TB4 is actually only hours and that is why ppl dose daily.

tb4 or tb frag?

I just asked them the same thing lol. Because if it’s TB4 and they are doing 2.5mg a dose maybe that is why they are getting irritation/isr
i kinda doubt its the tb4 dose volume, but i have only done 1.5 mg of tb4 at a time with NO issues and everyone responds differently, quite possibly could be the bac water, idk ,, i have never really EVER had ISR , "knock on wood",,

2" in diameter, my god man what size needle are you using, lol

tb4 or tb frag?

Are you referring to true thymosin beta-4 when you say TB4, or is TB4 another name for TB500, which is a derivative of thymosin beta-4?

29 Gauge, subq

Neither of you gents have suffered from skin irritation hey? I’ve heard it’s pretty common, are you just fortunate, or am I getting something wrong?

i was just curious, and i haven't suffered any sort of isr , only when i used to use sub par bac water and even then it was only once in a great while, , i use a 30 g slin pin and i just ordered some 31 g slin pins to try out, i only ever used 29 g when i was doing shallow im shots,, ymmv

Like 99.9% of what is being sold as “TB 500” is full sequence TB4. Jano will note it on the coa. Actual TB 500 frag (frag 17-23 to be specific, 889 daltons) is actually harder to find but the 17-23 frag is the one specific to musculoskeletal healing, has the longer half life, etc.

Anyway I’ve never had isr from either of them…

I’ll look into that, appreciate the hypothesis …I’m going to try the bac water on its own and see if I react to it.
It’s Pfizer though.

Well I’ll be damned, I believe you are correct. Good looking out man. I’m not sure this was a common theme last time I was around.

I must be dosing too high with 2x/week schedule, in the case that it’s TB-4.
5mg/week overall still good with TB-4 in your opinion? Just daily injections, or 2x/day like bpc?

See below…

i've been dosing tb4 everyday as of late, i only do 1 mg daily, but i'm dealing with shoulder/bicep injuries and it does seem to be helping, bpc157@1-2 mg daily 1mg tb4 daily currently,,
