Hello everyone. So I’ve been on aggressive cut for a long ass time cause I started hella high body fat a bit over a year ago. Able to do a 1200-1000 calorie deficit pretty well until I get down to 170 15-17 body fat (For context I’m 5’11. This is my second time at this weight, (last time I got down to 166) last time I went on vacation ate like a jackass and couldn’t stop binging on weekends when I got back (all of this time was done as a natty)
My issue is that once I get in this range my hunger goes up quite a bit and along with it my cravings. I even upped my Reta dose to 8mg (titrated up of course). I have had 2-3 cheat meals the last month, all chipotle bowls so at least it’s somewhat healthy and I can hit my protein.
For breakfast I do protein oats, for lunch and dinner I do chicken with light sugar free bbq sauce, potatoes, and brocolli. I guess my fear is that I’ll go back on those binges again, and if maybe someone has any experience with the same issues that can offer some advice. I’d strongly prefer something that doesn’t involve upping my calories, I’m so close to being done. At my current rate I’ll be 10-12 body fat in a month, 2 months tops.
