T4

I am picking up some t-4 and was wondering if anyone has used it and dosage. Source is out of t-3 so I figured i would give it a try.

what's up - it's said to be the inferior of the 2 synthetic thyroids, less effective than t3, but then again i didn't get shit from t3 either.. i haven't tried T4 but i would assume you would pyramid similar to T3...bump for anyone who can answer

The body converts T4 into T3. The reason why some people don't notice ANYTHING on T4 is because their body isn't good at converting.

Typically, you take about 4x the dosage of T4 as compared to T3. If it doesn't do anything for you, you gotta switch to T3. So start at 50 or 100mcg and go up from there.
