T4 while on gh

Is there any benefit to running t4 when not running hgh? Say when dieting?

No not really. When taking exogenous HGH it will increase the conversion of T4 to T3 that’s why introducing more T4 into the body will help increase the effectiveness. Without HGH the body will have sufficient hormone conversion and any extra T4 introduce to the body will remain inactive and won’t be converted.

How about while on peptides?

cjc no dac @ 200mcg 3x day
Ghrp2 @ 200mcg 3x day

No I don’t think it would have the same effect with T4 since they are growth hormone releasing hormones or peptides. They stimulate endogenous GH so it’s not the same as introducing exogenous growth hormone which would create an uptick of T4 to T3 conversion. I’m not a 100% on this though. Will do some additional research to see what I can find.

I'm starting to run hgh again at 2iu/day and I'm thinking of starting t3. Is 25mcg a good starting point and then up to 50mcg/day? I've heard some people say they feel better on t3 and some say they feel like shit so I welcome any comments regarding t3 sides. Thanks.
Only personal experience i can offer is i added a t3/t4 combo i think its 12.5/50 and its insane how much hungrier and more vascular I have gotten since I started. When i was taking anadrol it was out of control, ive temp switched out the drol for dbol and my appetite is now under control. Going back to drol soon. Not sure any of that helps and im not sure taking the product im using is best. Bitrion i think is what its called.

And it makes me hot all the time. The bitrion stuff. I cant sleep half the time and cant stay awake the rest.

Clearly sides of a hyperthyroidal state.

With HGH is usually only recommended to add T4 and not T3 or a combo of both due to the increased conversion from T4 to T3. So adding extra exogenous T3 can lead to an even more hyperthyroidal state.

Not true. I was misdiagnosed hypo about 4 years ago and put on Synthroid 200 mgs/day. I lost about 15 lbs the 2 months I was on it. I finally threw it in the trash.

Yeah there is this misconception that if you take T4 and you don't need it your thyroid will not use it, it's half truth in my opinion, the thyroid will shut down and not produce anymore T4 because you are providing it from the outside but firs it takes time to adjust and secondly if you are on the lower spectrum of the scale you can still use exogenous T4 until your body will saturate and not being able to convert it anymore, that's my opinion.

So 200mcg of t4 can still have you lose weight until there is a point where it will diminish the effect and you will probably not lose anymore because only a smaller part will be converted.

This is just my idea and broscience probably ahaha

Yeah doctors even prescibe it off label for weight-loss.
I found that out when I was on it. I didn't know why I was losing so much weight so I Googled it and sure enough that is one of the main side effects.

I’m not saying it won’t be used at all but for the most part T4 is very mild by itself and without the body being in a deficit of T4 it would not be as effective when paired with HGH. It is true that T4 in a surplus not all of it will be converted. There is plenty of data that supports it.

I'm going by personal experience. I'm sure T3 is more effective but 15 unwanted lbs lost in two months. No thanks lol.

In using T4 now with HGH and I'm losing weight so I believe it depends etc.

I'm taking 100mcg tho and not 200mcg.
It's a great aid to keep bf low on a bulk or help on a cut, but 100mcg is the max I would take. Gonna check with bloods soon if it's even too much and I'll reduce it to 75mcg or 50mcg. We will see

For sure with HGH it's highly effective, taken alone without any deficiency is very mild true

Couldn’t agree more. I stayed pretty lean as I bulked this past offseason. Got up to 282lbs and stayed around 10-11% bodyfat with GH and T4.

Hey all.

Anyone out there run t4 with their gh? I know it is common to run t3 with gh, but have come across some info (Anthony Roberts article from 2006, as well as others) that points to t4 converting to t3 in the body is more beneficial while on gh.

Any thoughts?

Its important to keep your thyroid levels . And also increase the results of hgh , why not use if is so cheap and increase results?

I'm having increased lyver enzyme on my last blood test and only two thing have changed in my life, one month ago I had my gyno surgery and I have started taking levothyroxine (T4).

I have read T4 in some individual increased lyver values... Or could it be the surgery... 1 month ago tho...

I'm stopping the T4 and retest in 2 weeks.

How were your TSH, FT4, FT3 with the 100mcg T4?

Gyno surgery wouldn't elevate your liver values!

Well you got me sold on t4. I'm cutting currently and starting hgh again so time to order hg t4 and metformin. 2iu am fasted and 100mcg ed is my plan.

How were your TSH, FT4, FT3 with the 100mcg T4?

TSH 0.94
FT3 3,64
FT4 1,64

I don't think I'm gonna continue on the T4 tho... I mean I don't really feel like its that worth and I was getting lean before without it. If I can avoid using one more medication I probably think is better. I'll just eat less ahah
