T3 on empty stomach or full?

What's a better time to take t3? On an empty stomach or full?

I usually take in the am 30min before the first meal of the day.
don't know if that's optimal but it works for me.

I Take 50mg./ Day I Take 1/2 Tab 30 Mins Before 3 Meals And 1/2 Before Bed To Keep A Consistant Amount In My System With Out Overloading.
