Supplements worth using

Hey all,

What supplements are actualy worth taking in your opinion?
I belive whey and casien have there function, same with a multivitamin...

But what other supplements actually make a difference when your using AAS/peps

I really dont think any do...
Are all supplements a total waste of money?
*unless your deficent in some sort of nutrient...
 
I think you hit the nail on the head there, most will be useless unless you're deficient. Having said that this is what I take:

Whey - As part of my intra workout I'll have about 50g Protein with varying carbs depending on goals.

Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium - I think it's very important to supplement electrolytes for health and performance. You could make the argument it's even more important for those on hormones as the nature of some of them deplete you.

Vitamin D - I've had blood tests confirm I've been deficient in the past.

That's really about it. I focus my efforts on wholesome and varied meals. I eat for health first and foremost, and I'm responsible with my hormone usage. That takes care of everything else.
 
I take creatine and Glutamine
and occasionally pre workout if I really need it one 30 serving tub usually last me 2 months I take half a scoop
 
Tren! Does that count as a supp? But in all serious definitely fish oil and a green supplement. I take green superfoods. Also a Liver/bp/cholesterol supp aka cycle support.

Whey is the only supplement I'll ever use. A lot of us have creatine levels that far surpass what creatine supplementation we need. These BCAA's I'm drinking is in a gallon of water almost 10 times the amount of what recommended for one serving.. taste like sugar to me.
 
Whey by the bucket full nothing else really and I'm in the camp that believes multivitamin/multimineral tabs are useless at best. Too many interaction issues where one vitamin or mineral locks out others.

Edit...ok I'll have to add caffeine tabs to my supplement list...theyre a staple

Whey,,Bcaa,Glutamine,Creatine ,beta alanine,multivitamin,Bcaa caps,vitamins B-12 injection.and a shit ton of food.
