Ok so I blasted it and got into some shoulders its hot over here so I sweated my face off.got a great pump.I will give it 7 days before I start giving g any real feedback on the latest igf1 L3.but the Mk and lgd are giving me a nice bloat.might add some HGH fragment next week.need to read on it before stabbing my self.

Killed arms today some incline French curls and inclined e dumbbell hammer curls ,some close grip curls and regular French curls then some over the head dumbbell triceps and some off the knee concentration curls and of course some for arms .great pump and energy.

Blew out a great chest work out today feel pump and massive. Happy with my results.

Grinded leggs today 5 sets leg curls ,5 sets recerse legg curls and 5 sets pf squats and i am soaked like i jumped in a pool and i did calfs like donkey raise and sitting raises.limping wet dude hahahaha
Not sure what im suppose to feel from hgh fragmeant at 250 mcg

Had another amazing gym visit .i felt strongest today.came home from work took a 25 minute nap and did a great sholder work out even my tri ceps were pumped after sholder press.i cant wait to run my next cycle with the igf1

Ok hit arms saturday and chest today noticed more strength and adding size on areas that are hard to get to grow so im happy as hell with the results.
