If you’ve only been lifting a year I’d really recommend you just keep going with the natural lifting routine until you hit a plateau of sorts. Not saying you have to reach your genetic potential. But you might as well keep getting those newbie gains without all the bullshit from steroids for as long as you can. If you’re having hard time with gains you can always start off with bloodwork and check your test. I started trt at a few years younger than you are now. Getting my test just optimal really helped me. But I was really low T even after lifting for several years with good diet. Just go slow. No reason for a blast right away.
