First and foremost super happy to be on this forum. Interested in everything that has to do with lifting and the body. I have been lifting for roughly a year. I’m 35 5’10 172 lbs. love progress. Willing to learn and educate myself to take the next steps.

Not sure on bf %. Ben consistent with push, pull, legs, repeat. Progressive overload. Goals are to get more vascular and leaner. Looking for advice. Purples awesome and orange is phenomenal too. I’ve been stuck on teal for some reason.
 
Definitely wanna get juicy. Thinking about starting with just test. Or should I stack and go a different route? Been researching heavy the last week or so. Would love any input. Appreciate your time and energy

Cool you’re here and looking into your future lol.

If you’ve only been lifting a year I’d really recommend you just keep going with the natural lifting routine until you hit a plateau of sorts. Not saying you have to reach your genetic potential. But you might as well keep getting those newbie gains without all the bullshit from steroids for as long as you can. If you’re having hard time with gains you can always start off with bloodwork and check your test. I started trt at a few years younger than you are now. Getting my test just optimal really helped me. But I was really low T even after lifting for several years with good diet. Just go slow. No reason for a blast right away. But sincerely, no matter what you decide to do, welcome bro.
