Suggestions!! How Should I Run This?

I have been working out for like 2 years now. My stats are 230/6ft/18%bf. I have done 3 cycles and am ready for number 4. My first cycle was deca/dbol. 400mg deca a week and 40mg dbol ed. Cycle #2-500mg sus a week,200mg eq a week and 50mg winny ed. Cycle#3-750mg test enanthate,40mg dbol ed,deca 400mg a week, and some winny in the end!

I used all the proper gear at the end, HCG,CLOMID,NOLVA,ect..

I have some gear and would like suggestions on what I should put together.

I have the following:

omnadren 250 (20)amps
Test Cypionate(40)ml worth
Deca300(20)ml worth
bionabol(too many)
Test suspension(40)ml worth
Winny 50mg IP tab(100)tabs
and clomid,nolva,hcg,ect..


Any help would be appreciated!!

well just do a simple 10 weeker of omna and deca. throw in the orals and you're done :) .

weeks 1-10: 500mg/wk of omna

weeks 1-9: 400mg/wk of deca(to allow for clearance time)

weeks 1-5: 40mg/ED of d-bols(if you were happy with the results, stick with 40. if not, bump up to 50mg/ED)

weeks 8-12: 100mg/ED of oral winny

weeks 10-12: 50-75mg/ED of suspension. (this will keep you going while the omna and deca clear)

then start your recovery.

Sure, I've got a few opinions on the matter. First, I'd say drop the bf before doing a cycle. It will help with the accretion of lean muscle mass.

Secondly, and most importantly, stop with the gear altogether. You are obviously doing many, many things wrong. First off, how the hell have you managed to get onto your 4th cycle in 2 years worth of training? In other words, you started juicing the second you started training...and it shows. If you were lean (8%) you'd barely be over 200lbs at 6'! What the hell is that? You should be an EASY 225 and that's before juice. Of course, you may have started at a measly 145 anorexic pounds, which means you should have been 185 by the time you started to juice. 20lbs on the first cycle, another 15 on the second, 7-10 on the third. That would then put you 230 lean pounds(not 18%). If you were to still be 18%, then you should be nearly 260lbs.

In other words, you are doing so many things wrong it's criminal. You need to figure out how this bodybuilding thing works before you start juicing it up. My guess: Your training and ESPECIALLY your nutrition is absolutely fucked up.

LOL, not even close to enough juice for a pro. But grizz is right, the dude needs to get his shit together and learn how to eat and train. If that is enough sauce for a pro, I am an olympian~Sensational
