Im running eq cycle while cutting and depleting.
Cals 2,486
Fat 125.
Carbs 100.
Two gallons of water.
Reefeed. On Sundays.
Lowering all every week except water.
My energy has held is with all the hi it. And cardio.8 meals a day.
Oatmeal shake before bed holds the hunger through the night any tips or advice while going through this?
 
Thanks bro. Ive been eating alot of broccoli but I have forsaken there brothers lol I will gather some from the grocery store tonight. Thank you of the reminder. Cucumber salad sounds nice.

This is very close to what I have been doing for almost four weeks now. I'm using bold Cyp and mast p to retain the lean muscle. I have dumped fat like crazy. I have been killing it with truck loads of broccoli as well. I have three general days I repeat, fish days, chicken days, and beef/deer and elk days. Breakfast I do 8-10 eggs with a cup if oats. Have a shake in between breakfast and lunch. And for lunch and dinner are lean meats with a pile of veggies and a little plain rice.

I like to out down 1-2 servings of cottage cheese before bed for the slow digesting proteins. It seems I wake up feeling less empty. Boldenone works great in helping retain lean muscle while cutting down but damn those hunger pains you get from it.

Also, cutting a lot of sugars and fat out makes me crave it like a junkie going through the motions. But when I allow myself
a small cheat here and there, you really start disliking and noticing how salty most shit foods are.

Sugar cravings have been crazy. All I want is pancakes with syrup. I never crave sugar. Im definitely looking forward to my refeed. Cottage cheese I forgot about that one will definitely add that to my list.
