Hey I'm new here and quite young so don't take my word for it but a buddy of mine was taking hgh at 4ius every morning. Complained about pain in the same area as u. Said he couldn't tell if it was heart pain or his ribs that hurt. He was worried that gh was raising his cholesterol haha. Asked me for advice and idk much about it but I knew that back in the day (mainly for money purposes) bodybuilders used to do 5 days on 2 off. So I said take two days off and go back on and he said that made it go away and from that point on if it started to bother him he'd either lower the dose for a few days or take a couple days off. He said it eventually stopped bothering him. Have you been using gh long? Could be a simple side that u will build tolerance to.

Awesome and yes I'm new to it. Thats what Im going to do and I've heard that many build a tolerance to the sides after going back and forth with the dose. Thanks for the info! I went to the doctors and they gave me a pill for stomach acid and a liquid for stomach pain. The sucky thing is I'm up about 8 puonds and had to struggle like a mo fo to get that 8 and now I have to tip toe around food. Hey you live and you learn. I believe any time you try and change a body from one thing to a much different one there will be pain and trial and error. I took 2 ius last night and two this morning and now I'm going to take down meal #1 and see how it goes.

I do believe people oftentimes experience normal things such as headaches, heartburn, stomach pain, etc. and blame them on AAS/GH or whatever. It's mostly a case of correlation, not causation. It's possible you're experiencing stomach pain that is completely unrelated to the GH.

What brand of GH are you using?

It's very true and your right that it is possible that the pain could come from else where. I'm using grey tops.

I'm using greys right now, too. No notable stomach pain to report. I can't confirm it's not from your GH, but sounds unlikely.

I know I hope not I have to many to back out. LOL. Im going to go to a gastro doc and get it checked I started the greys 3-4 weeks ago and the stomach pain started around the same time. I was working in a nasty job site and I also made some dietary changes as well ... So it could be anything I just wanted to check and see if anyone else w felling the same and this is the best resource outside of the gym for me. Thanks

It could be the dietary changes. I always wondered why when I would bulk I would be in so much pain (my stomach). Well, I realized it was because I was consuming a ton of whey in the form of a mass gainer.

Turns out my body rejects the way completely. However, it would go relatively unnoticed at a small amount. Throw in 3 or 4 shakes a day, and I was dying.

Sometimes it's not always what it appears to be.

Ya like wunderpus said, nutrition is EVERYTHING. So if u went thru a dietary change about the same time that could definitely be it. My advice as far as nutrition goes, WHOLE FOODS AMD NOTHING ELSE. If u can cut out all the processed crap from the diet (including whey shakes, they just bloat u, and as wunderpus said, in high amounts definitely hard on the body, particularly on the kidneys) you will be amazed at how great you feel.
Proteins:
Eggs
Egg whites
Chicken
Lean gr beef
Lean gr turkey
Salmon
Tilapia
Any lean cut of steak
(These are the only meats I recommend when helping clients)

Carbs: (short list, sorry lol)

VEGGIES (at every meal, especially if ur using these compounds, will help to lower cholesterol, keep organs healthy, keep skin healthy, etc, etc)

Bananas, apples, grapefruits (try not to indulge on fruits due to high sugar content, but it is natural easily digestible sugar so right away in the morning and before workouts is great for a little kickstart)

Jasmine rice (the king of carbs IMO, I eat 11oz of this guy at almost every meal)

Sweet potatoes (if jasmine rice is the king, this is the queen, great carb)

Ezekiel bread (if ur a bread fan this is it for bread, u can find it in any freezer section)

Old fashioned oats (plain or with cinnamon lol they taste like butt, clean carb tho)

Fats: (I tend to stick to a high carb high protein LOW FAT diet year round and it works for a majority of my clients as well, it makes bulking a lot leaner and when at a deficit it helps to keep the muscles looking full amd prevents a lot of break down, but if ur rlly looking to cut and obviously ur a lot more advanced than the typical trainee, definitely go with carb cycling. Works wonders)
I actually eat no fats other than from the fat content in the foods listed above. But good fats are:

Almonds

Almond butter

The fats from eggs, and fish

Try eating only these foods for a couple weeks and see if the system is better! You'll definitely look a hell of a lot better! Give it a try hope it cures the stomach pain!

I would say this diet is good for your average lifter. However, the poster is taking GH. With that, I think he should have fairly high carb intake. I've found it's harder to put on mass with GH unless you increase the carbs.

I belive I said High carb unless he was rlly trying to cut didn't i? Well to specify more clearly, here's my macros for the day, 264g protein, 516g carbs, 64g fats.
Definitely scale to your basal metabolic rate!

Oh I see what u mean because I said high protein high carb! Ya I just meant as far as grams/pound of body weight I like the higher end, close to 1.6 grams per pound. Going to high in protein, even from whole foods, can rlly clog up the glomerulus and cause some high blood pressure(takes a lot of time of course)

Fuck yeah it can, no doubt. Metamucil in the morning and at night helps a ton. I also swear by digestive enzymes and hydrochloric acid,.

Oh FUCK YA, I eat digestive enzymes like them Flintstone vitamins I ate as a kid lol. They help TREMENDOUSLY. Never tried HCL acid tho. What's the benefits of that guy? Should I give it a try?

Ben Pakulski got me in to them. Dude is crazy about running it with your 3 biggest meals of the day. I take on of the NOW Betaine HCl tabs about 5 or so minutes before my 3 biggest (in terms of protein mostly) meals of the day.

*edit* benefits are similar to your digestive enzymes, but I feel this is more powerful at breaking down the heavy shit.

I'm gonna give it a read and probably go pick some up thanks bro!

I think you'll like it. It's similar to digestive enzymes. With the amount I eat a day, ~5K calories ~500g's protein, I need something to help break that down.

This is awsome thanks for the feed back. I can share my current lean gains plan. I work construction so I burn a lot and I also train hard 5-6 days a week.
Weight training day:
Meal 1 : 4 cage free organic eggs/66 grams of gluten free cream of rice/ 1.5 oz of raisins/ a medium bananna/ and 1tbs virgin coconut oil.
Meal 2: 50g of Whey ( the good stuff) and two slices Ezekiel bread and 1/2 Tbs grass fed butter.
Meal 3: 6 oz cage free organic chicken breast and two cups of jasmine white rice with 2 tbs of raw honey and 2 oz of avacado.
Meal 4: (Pre-workout) 50g whey and 1/2 cup of cream of wheat with 1 tbs of virgin coconut oil.
Intra- Two scoops of IntraMD(* if adding 8ius of Humalog i use 3 scoops in a liter of gatorade)
Meal 5: (Post) 6 oz of grass fed beef and two cups of gluten free pasta
Meal 6: 6 oz chicken breast, 1 cup of brown rice, 2 pieces of Ezekiel bread with 1/2 tbs of grass fed butter and 50 grams of whey.
On my none work out days it is different. I just started using digestive enz. after each meal and a probiotic while fasted first thing in the when I get up. I take liver pills and drink a slash of pure lemon juice in hot water daily. I also take fish oil. Super biocurim and vit d and k supp. I cheat a few times a week. Coffee an hot sauce on everything( but that has now stopped)! Wonderpus I'm going to try your ideas thank you both you have been very helpful.
