Steroids, Gynecomastia and Gyno Surgery

If it's gyuno you can fell it, literally, either as itchy nipples or you can feel the glands as some small hard lumps behind the nipples, there is no way you cannot know. If it's just fat it's easy to fix, if it's gyno...well, not so easy.

Nothing lumpy or glandular.

good news, probably not too bad then.
to confirm if its really not gyno, get shredded and see if its still there. I only realized i got a bit of gyno after dropping 14 KGs of fat.
Trying, in the past I had to get below 10% to see it gone. Hard to sustain. Bad genetics. Might consider lipo.

lipo is only useful for specific spot removal imo.

Only really viable/adequately priced for something like lower belly fat, lower back fat, etc. getting lipo done on your chest and it turning out well is a bit harder than the procedures I just named simply because fewer plastic surgeons specialise in that specific area.

Sadly, that goes for mastectomy as well.

did your vial from two face aesthetics have a brownish tint or did it look like clear water, im pretty sure if it looks like water its fake
Yes it is, I have tried it 2 times first time didn’t do anything noticeable. 2nd time I shot it a bit more got so bruising and swelling so we will see.

I am creating this sticky as a convenient resource for information about steroids and gynecomastia (aka "gyno", "man-boobs" "bitch tits", etc). It is largely a placeholder at the moment but I hope to include links to more relevant threads in the future. To start, I want to add the first-hand experiences of two veteran members who underwent surgical procedures to remove gyno:

Thanks to @tileguy123:

I had mine done aswell. If it’s something you suffer with I highly recommend surgery
