Although I talk about steroids in this forum, my purpose for coming here was ultimately talk about nutrition. If I have posted in the wrong forum please let me know, as I meant for no offence.

I am a 21 year old bodybuilder and ive been into the gym since i was 14, 7 years. I have already done a bulking cycle. I have cut before but not with any juice and tablets. I have bulked for a good 9 months and retained a lot fat I aprox 21.5% body fat +/- 1%. I haven't cut successfully for 9-10 months. I train 5 days a week (sometimes 6) for 1.5 hours and usually do cardio for 30-45 min. That being said, I want to ask about the nutrition aspect of dieting WHILE using juice and tablets in conjunction.
As a gym member for 7+ years, I've learned the ins and outs of this sport very well, I can happily say I was most successful in high school and one of the best at my university. I also happen to be very strong ( bench 405x2, squat 530, deadlift 600) although strength was never a big priority.
I eat 5 times day a variety of foods and eat aprox 1.75g/lb bodyweight of protein so (400+g protein give or take)
I'll quickly summarize my stats:
5'9"
240lbs
21.5% bf +/- 1%
21y/o
Gear:
-
8 week cycle
Test prop - 125mg/eod
Anavar 80mg/day
HGH 4iu/day
Clenbuterol: up to 100mcg - 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off
T3: pyramiding up to 75mcg/day
Arimidex 0.25-0.5mg eod
+PCT
I'm looking to make a nice cut but with good preservation of lean muscle mass. Without the gear I'll be eating and training to NET 2200 cals/day for aprox 1.5 lbs fat lost/week. GROSS calories are upwards of 3000 ( but still uncertain if this should be adjusted***). BUT KEEP IN MIND THE CYCLE WILL CHANGE SOME OF THESE FACTORS.
HERE IS WHERE I NEED YOUR HELP
I eat 5 times a day, with a protein shake (25-40g) thrown in between meals once or twice a day and post workout
1)How many GROSS calories should I consume a day?
2)How many NET calories should i aim for, for higher than ++++++1.5lbs fat/ lost per week? (I am willing to increase cardio up to 1.5 hours a day***********)
3)What should my macros (in grams) be at EACH of my 5 meals? (to have upwards of (400g+ protein/day but willing to have more)
4)Should i aim for a higher weekly caloric deficit? And if so, how many lbs a week should i expect to loose in conjunction with my cycle?
*****ALL answers MUST keep in mind the effects of my cycle included*******
I appreciate any help or yours in advance, I kindly ask that someone who has cutted with a similar cycle.
