@Darius PharmacomStore I have 2 questions for you which I can't seem to find an answer for. I would do it by PM but I believe this may actually help others too.
1. Your 100% guaranteed delivery affirmation is based on the shipping method you use or does it mean that you will keep shipping our orders until we receive them? I know the second option looks very unlikely but I find the 100% garanteed delivery a very strong word to rely on...
2. You have mentioned a few times already that there's no "out of stock" in your store since the order will be sent directly from the manufacturer in case of any missing products.
Now, my question is: Are your customers asked if they agree with this before the shipping ? (As they may experience issues getting it through customs...)
