338°F (170°C) 60 min.
320°F (160°C) 120 min.
302°F (150°C) 150 min
285°F (140°C) 180min
250°F (121°C) 12hrs(overnight)
Some brewers bake their bottles using this method and thus always have sterile vials. The opening of the bottles can be covered with aluminum foil prior to heating to prevent contamination after cooling and during storage ,they will remain sterile indefinitely if kept sealed.

dude 30 minutes at 100c is all you would need ....if that even ...its like boili8ng water ...if you boil water for 5 minutes or 5 hours it doesnt make a difference ....hours of high temperature is simply stupid and a waste of time

I read on these forums a hell of a lot more than i post, and in reading these posts i noticed a reaccuring theme, trashing, belittleing,and trying to make an ass out of people, ive been lifting for 30+ yrs. Cycling for 15, obviously I didn't have the internet back in the 80's, I had to rely on Dan Duchaines underground steroid handbooks, so I thoroughly enjoy these forums. but I see a lot of, especially on this site people belittling members both new and vets. I thought these were places we go to educate, and be educated on the use of anabolics etc. I guess the people that don't feel intelligent or feel good about themselves that have to step on others to elevate their own self worth, and I heard this site being talked about on other sites, I know there's some very good people on this forum , and I appreciate my time here, but won't be coming back. I won't miss this place,
as I'm sure I won't be missed. Respect, Del
