Sterilizing syringe filters?

A pretty large company sent me 100 syringe filters that I would like to make use of. The problem is, they are NOT sterile smh.
what would be a good way to go about this? Is it worth using? I don't have a pressure cooker, only one of the cheap fake autoclave ovens from Amazon. Small oven clean inside, gets up to 250c. Works quite well, but of course these PTFE filters can't be used on such high heat, they'd simply melt.

The manufacturer told me they can be sterilized in the dry oven by basically baking it 120 degrees for 15 minutes. Would this really be sufficient?
Is there another protocol? Maybe isopropyl alcohol soaking a water rinse and then the dry oven? whats the best course of action to take, or should they just be trashed? of course they are new and unused, simply not sterile, individually wrapped filters.

You'd need to autoclave them to min temp of 121c with steam.

Dry heat would need to be at least 160c (320f) for 2 hours, and they'd melt,

It sucks to take a loss, but avoiding even a minor health risk worth far more than a batch of sterile filters costs.

im sure mine are likely similar, but thats not the dry heat oven I have. I would think thats a real autoclave using steam?
