Starting A Gym

I was wondering if anyone has any good resources and or basic info on opening a gym. I am looking to open a gym and need to get an idea of how many people I can expect to have as members. What I should be paying per sq ft etc.

Gavin from the old meso opened one somewhat recently. If he is a member yet he will be in the training section. I believe his website is resultsports or something along those line. Gavin Laird. I will remember the name hopefully soon or one of the other bro's should remember. Anyways he should be able to give u some good feedback
