I was pretty sore the first 5-6 days but after that i found i got used to it so i upped reps to 300. Finished off the last few days with bout 330-340. Interesting to me you guys are still so sore.
Im thinking because i already had a pretty brutal routine or im doing something wrong [emoji53]
After the first week the soreness went away, I might’ve just got used to it, I’m on the end of the first rest week and it still hurts to flex them.
I upped the reps to around 3-400 the second week.
