I was pretty sore the first 5-6 days but after that i found i got used to it so i upped reps to 300. Finished off the last few days with bout 330-340. Interesting to me you guys are still so sore.
Im thinking because i already had a pretty brutal routine or im doing something wrong [emoji53]


After the first week the soreness went away, I might’ve just got used to it, I’m on the end of the first rest week and it still hurts to flex them.

I upped the reps to around 3-400 the second week.
 
Gotta question for y’all.

How high have you run npp? I’m doin a ml a week of Stanford’s and want to up it but can’t decide.
 
So figured I’d give an update about the mess before my show with my ex. Didn’t post cause was so busy and trying to get back into the grind and forget about it all. So the day before my show. I call and say what’s up with this baby. When is the doc appt. she says I think I’m getting abortion now. It’s not fair to her son she has now, this and that. Well she had one before when we were together not my choice I flipped out! This is the day before my fucking show. She calls back 10 min later and says I’m not pregnant. I just didn’t want you to leave me. I said you are fucked up. She told me I’m she was so sorry took me for granted blah blah blah and would do anything to get me back. Such a joke. I like most figured she wasn’t prego but thought I’d tell the end of that situation. Anything to fuck with my shows and working out.

That shit is fucked! Sounds like you dodged a bullet, brother. Speaking for myself, finding out why I got with girls that were unsafe and not trustworthy has helped me tune into the red-flags sooner.
 
I do close to 200 reps about three days a week not seven. Standing raises are like
5 x 15 @ 290-390lbs jumping 20lbs a set.
I could go higher but the machine maxes out at 390lbs. Then for seated raises I go lighter high rep 20-30 reps X 70-45lbs. It’s getting easier every week and I’m getting vienny!!

I found the same thing. After about the first 7 days I wasn't that sore anymore and bumped it to about 225-250 a day. I was getting some serious pumps that I've never felt befroe. I'm on my 14 day resting period. Actually looking forward to going back and blast even harder with more weight and more reps. I took measurements before I started and on day 30 I'll measure agian.

Oh yeah, pumps are phenomenal, i think im gonna go back to my reg routine for 2 weeks then back to this one but a bit heavier

So when she started saying she wanted you back, did you remind her that despite the darker color required for the show, that you are indeed still Caucasian, since that was such a problem for her just 2 weeks ago?!:rolleyes::rolleyes:
