VERY EASY fix, my friend.
The metal cap that holds the rubber stopper in the bottle, just needs to be rolled around/tucked under the sides of the top of the vial a little tighter.
The metal cap is SO SOFT, this can be done with your finger nail if you wanted, or a spoon handle or flat head screwdriver or ???
Simply place your thumb on the bottom of the vial, your index finger on the top of the metal cap on the top of your vial, squeezing the two together (pressing the cap down against the top of the vial) and "rolling" the edges of the metal cap around the glass lip on the top of the vial.
The settings of the bottle crimper used to put the tops on the vials just got out of whack a little.
I've had to do this. Really simple. Lemme know if you need more guidance!
P.S. The tops that I have "tightened" in this manner usually ended up tighter than the rest of the tops that were only machine tightened.
