What’s up guys so i haven’t been in the gym vary much in the last year ... was dealing with a broken leg then i broke my hand ..... just getting back and i lost my job ..... so my question is what is some cheap food to buy that i can still put on some size with ur boy is broke
Chicken and pork, potatoes and pasta, tuna.
 
when I was in college and broke--- I used to add chunk light tuna into a box of kraft mac and cheese and add peas---- I loved it-- still eat it once in awhile to this day.

We're we roommates? Because, ya.....

Haha, what my brotha!!! Lol, still lurking in the shadows... had to lay real low for a time. I miss my Meso bros too much to stay away for too long haha... just throwing down a quick pre workout meal. 6 whole eggs and 4 ounces corned beef brisket. I have a new job that allows me to work from my laptop anywhere I want.... Im taking full advantage, bodybuilding lifestyle in full swing again!!!!! MONSTER UP!!!!!!20180301_083232.jpg
