You know what I realized
@Roger rabbit training advice given on this forum is literally viewed as if he was Charles Glass.. He successfully has half the population of an internet forum full of jacked up guys limping from doing hundreds of reps of calfs every day.

Others give advice and it's like oh maybe I'll try that idk

@Roger rabbit gives advice and boom we're doing more calf raises than bench press and then going home to rub magnesium on ourselves

Lol and before anyone asks yes I just did my 200

I work in the oilfields and go up and down stairs for 12 hours a day but am way past any burn. So my dumbass decides to try this so called 200... now im laying here with ice packs wondering how im going to walk tomorrow.

Gonna be alot harder to walk if you don't take those ice packs off

You're effectively halting the healing process .....

Meso really is a good community though. I joined a year ago after looking at a bunch of other forums, and i settled on this one because of the knowledge here. But Meso is just like everything else in life. You must put in work and time in order to get what you want: factual knowledge, first hand experience, and good sources.

Btw I do calf raises in the standup tanning bed while pushing on the ceiling for an isometric type resistance. I end up doing about 300 in 10 min atleast. Sounds sketchy but it works.

I will have my two weeks in this Sunday at 200 reps a day. It still gets tough to finish out the sets somedays.
Usually start off with weighted raises but towards the end I’m doing body weight ones lol. (10-15 sec rests between sets.)
Seems I’ve stayed sore af tho, two weeks rest will be awesome!! lol.

No no no, don't leave me hanging. Where else do you rub it?!?!?!

We need someone to take this to the next level, and do his routine with a little synthol added in. Granted, who ever does this undoubtedly needs the highest pain tolerance of anyone on the board lol

Been MIA for a minute due to life, kids and a flooded basement but wanted to wish @StanfordPharma a speedy recovery and all the best for a stand up dude. Also thanks to @Roger rabbit,@wedorecover and @size26s for the npp tips and advice. On week 3 and starting to feel pretty good, with little to no bloat. Diets staying very clean and lots of water.

Anyways, just wanted to chime in with my shit and hope everyone has a great memorial day weekend.
